Walk-in || HR Manager- Payroll

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing including attendance, leave, overtime, incentives and deductions.
• Ensure PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity and labour law compliance.
• Handle CTC, salary revisions, F&F settlements and payroll reconciliation.
• Prepare payroll MIS, HR dashboards and manpower cost reports.
• Manage HRMS/payroll systems and employee master data.
• Coordinate with Finance, HR and department heads for payroll closure.
• Handle employee payroll queries and grievances.
• Lead the payroll team and ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, HRMS and statutory compliance.

Preferred candidate profile - Miniumu 05 years of Hospital background is mandatory

Qualification :

• MBA/PGDM in HR, Finance or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Commerce or related field
• Strong knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance
• Advanced Excel and HRMS/payroll software knowledge preferred.
