About the Role

We are looking for a Recruitment Intern to support our HR and Talent Acquisition team in identifying

and engaging with candidates for various IT and non-IT positions. This internship will provide hands-on

exposure to the complete recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.

Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and interview panels.

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, feedback, and joining status.

Prepare and maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports.

Ensure regular follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
