Walk-in || HR Intern

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Support employee documentation, HR records, and database maintenance.
• Assist in employee engagement, induction, and employee relations activities.
• Support attendance, payroll inputs, HR reports, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with employees and departments for day-to-day HR activities.
• Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

Preferred candidate profile

• MHRM / MBA (HR) / MSW candidates; freshers preferred.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Willingness to learn, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Willingness to work at corporate or plant locations, as per requirements.
