About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team at Medikabazaar. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are interested in building a career in recruitment and talent acquisition, with primary exposure to Sales and Pharma hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates for Sales, Pharma and other business roles through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates based on skills, experience and role fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and selection process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure candidate information is updated accurately.
• Support offer rollouts, documentation and joining coordination.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing requirements.
• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to achieve hiring targets within defined timelines.
