Walk-in || HR Executive

Role & Responsibilities

• Full-Lifecycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes for various business requirements and verticals.
• Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Utilize job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Resdex), social recruiting, employee referrals, and direct search strategies to source active and passive talent.
• Screening & Assessment: Evaluate candidate applications, conduct initial HR screening interviews to assess technical alignment, cultural fit, communication skills, notice period, and salary expectations.
• Interview Operations: Coordinate and schedule multi-stage interview rounds with hiring managers and cross-functional interview panels.
• Offer & Negotiation: Handle compensation negotiation, CTC structuring, and work with HR operations to release formal offer letters.
• Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong engagement with offered candidates through their notice period to minimize drop-out rates.
• Onboarding Support: Facilitate background verification (BGV) checks and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth Day-1 onboarding experience.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience: 1 to 6 years of proven experience in End-to-End Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Sourcing Expertise: Strong proficiency in using portals like Naukri/Resdex, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search strings.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Negotiation & Communication: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and salary negotiation skills.
• Location & Work Mode: Open for Hybrid working in Bengaluru.
