Role: Talent Acquisition Executive Sales Hiring

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales roles.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
• Manage offer negotiation, follow-ups, and joining formalities.
• Maintain a strong Sales talent pipeline and achieve hiring targets.
• Work closely with business teams to understand and close requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience.
• Mandatory experience in end-to-end Sales hiring.
• Experience in B2C/Direct Sales, BDM, Field Sales, or Sales Executive hiring preferred.
• Strong communication, sourcing, and candidate management skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
