Walk-in || HR Executive / HR Generalist

Orbterra Info Vision Pvt. Ltd., a Lucknow-based company working in IT Solutions, GIS Mapping, Software Development, and Government Infrastructure Projects, is looking for an experienced and self-motivated HR Executive / HR Generalist to independently manage HR operations, recruitment, employee administration, and statutory compliance.

Preferred candidate profile

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, office, and field staff.
• Manage job postings, candidate screening, interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee attendance, leave records, personal files, and HR databases.
• Coordinate payroll processing, salary calculations, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, relieving letters, and other HR documents.
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee performance evaluation processes.
• Manage employee grievances, discipline, retention, and exit formalities.
• Coordinate manpower requirements and deployment for multiple projects.
• Maintain HR MIS reports, recruitment trackers, and employee performance records.
• Coordinate directly with company management for day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
