Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring the right candidates as per job requirements.
• Handle recruitment process formalities, salary negotiation, and candidate onboarding.
• Collect and maintain employee documents and ensure proper filing and compliance.
• Connect with new joiners to create a positive and engaging workplace experience.
• Work closely with stakeholders to plan and execute employee engagement activities.
• Maintain HR reports, support HR operations, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Experience in healthcare recruitment will be an added advantage.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment, sourcing strategies, and HR operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and maintaining HR reports.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. MBA in HR preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
