Walk-in || Hr Executive And Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end blue-collar recruitment for technicians, operators, helpers, fitters, welders, electricians, machine operators, warehouse staff, drivers, and other skilled/semi-skilled manpower.
• Source candidates through local recruitment, references, job portals, social media, walk-ins, recruitment drives, and manpower networks.
• Conduct candidate screening, telephonic interviews, and preliminary assessments.
• Coordinate bulk hiring and mass recruitment drives as per client requirements.
• Maintain a strong database of blue-collar candidates and local manpower sources.
• Coordinate candidate interviews, selection, documentation, offer release, and joining.
• Ensure candidates report at the client location on the committed joining date.
• Handle joining formalities, KYC/document verification, onboarding, attendance, and employee coordination.
• Follow up with candidates regularly to minimize dropouts, absenteeism, and early attrition.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for manpower requirements, replacements, and deployment.
• Prepare daily recruitment reports, joining reports, pending candidate reports, and position-wise status updates.
• Achieve assigned recruitment and joining targets within defined timelines.
