Walk-in || Hr Executive And Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

• MRF Process: Knowledge of manpower requisition, approval workflow and vacancy initiation.
• Recruitment: End-to-end recruitment for Blue Collar and Band-1/Officer-level positions.
• Manpower Planning: Coordinate manpower requirements with Department Heads and track approved positions.
• Onboarding: Manage complete employee joining and onboarding formalities.
• HRMS/Darwinbox: Maintain employee master data and handle employee lifecycle transactions.
• HR MIS: Prepare daily, weekly and monthly manpower, recruitment, attrition and HR reports.
• Excel/Google Sheets: Strong knowledge of formulas, Pivot Tables, data analysis and HR dashboards.
• Recruitment TAT: Track vacancies from MRF approval through selection, offer and joining.
• Employee Lifecycle: Handle confirmation, transfers, promotions, attendance/leave coordination and separation processes.
• HR Coordination: Coordinate with employees, Department Heads, Payroll, Accounts, Admin and other functions for smooth HR operations.
