Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive - IT Recruitment to manage end-to-end recruitment for various IT positions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding candidates. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of IT technologies and hiring practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, from requisition gathering to candidate onboarding.
• Understand job requirements and work closely with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds with stakeholders.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and talent databases for future hiring needs.
• Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer rollouts.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
  
• Strong understanding of IT recruitment processes and industry trends.
