Location: Malad, Mumbai

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter with an experience in high-volume hiring for BPO roles (international). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding successful hires.

This role requires strong sourcing skills, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to achieve monthly hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing

• Handle end-to-end bulk hiring for BPO positions such as Customer Support Executives (Inbound Voice Process)

• Source candidates through various channels including: Naukri, LinkedIn, Job portals, social media platforms & Internal databases

• Screen resumes and assess candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit.

• Conduct telephonic pre-screening and initial HR interviews. Interview Coordination

• Coordinate seamlessly with candidates regarding interview schedules, venue details, and documentation requirements.

• Liaise with internal stakeholders for smooth execution of: o Operations Round (Ops Round) o VNA Round o Final Selection Process • Ensure maximum candidate attendance and interview-to-joining conversion ratios. Hiring Targets & Onboarding • Meet and exceed monthly hiring goals.

• Track candidate progresses from sourcing to onboarding.

• Follow up regularly with selected candidates to ensure successful joining.

• Manage onboarding formalities and documentation with accuracy and timeliness. Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in bulk recruitment, preferably for BPO, Customer Service or Volume Hiring roles.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed, and other sourcing platforms.

Education- Graduation Mandatory.
