Walk-in || Hr Executive And Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

• Sourcing qualified candidates through online job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Screening resumes and conducting initial telephonic interviews to assess candidates' skills, technical fit, and cultural alignment.
• Scheduling and coordinating subsequent rounds of interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Managing salary negotiations and preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and other necessary HR documentation.
• Conducting background checks, reference checks, and executing pre-boarding documentation.
• Managing and updating the internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintaining accurate recruitment databases.
• Collaborating with external placement agencies and vendors when required.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Bachelors or Master's degree in Human Resources (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred) or Business Administration.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience as a Recruiter or HR Executive handling recruitment.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with job portals, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Soft Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, exceptional negotiation capabilities, and strong time management.
• Traits: Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
