Hiring: Non-IT & Blue-Collar Recruiter

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT & Blue-Collar positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates & hiring managers.
• Manage volume hiring and close positions within defined TAT.
• Maintain candidate database and daily recruitment reports.
• Follow up with selected candidates and ensure successful joining.

Requirements:

• 0–3 years of experience in Non-IT / Blue-Collar Recruitment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and follow-up skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable with volume hiring.
• Freshers with a strong interest in recruitment can also apply.
