Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated freshers for the positions of Marketing Executive and HR Executive. Candidates from any degree background are welcome to apply. Selected candidates will be responsible for supporting marketing activities, customer communication, recruitment, interview coordination, and daily office operations.

Marketing Executive Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and online platforms.
• Promote company products and services through office-based marketing activities.
• Generate leads through online research and follow up with potential customers.
• Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Maintain customer databases and prepare daily reports.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to achieve business goals.

Note: This is a non-field-work position. No outdoor marketing or door-to-door sales.

HR Executive Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and hiring activities.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Contact candidates and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate interview processes and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain employee records and recruitment databases.
• Assist with onboarding, documentation, and daily HR activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Any graduate can apply (B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., BBA, BCA, B.Tech, and other degrees).
• Freshers are welcome.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team.
