Walk-in || Hr Executive And Generalist

We are currently looking for a dynamic and empathetic HR Executive to manage our night shift operations at our HITEC City, Hyderabad office.

• Oversee attendance, shift rosters, and logistics for the Hyderabad team.
• Source and screen candidates for specialized roles.
• Design and implement engagement activities tailored to a night-shift environment.
• Assist in HR documentation, onboarding, and ensuring compliance laws.
• Liaise with US-based managers to align HR policies and facilitate smooth communication.
• 03 years in HR Operations or Recruitment.
• Exceptional English verbal and written skills.
• Willingness to work fixed night shifts [e.g., 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST].
• Gain experience managing HR for both Indian and US-based teams.
• Work in a high-growth environment in Hyderabads premier tech hub.
