Walk-in || HR- Business Partner

Role & responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and team managers to align HR activities with business objectives and workforce requirements. • Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, workplace concerns, and disciplinary matters in line with company policies. • Drive performance management activities, including Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), performance reviews, and follow-ups with reporting managers. • Monitor attendance, shift adherence, productivity, and behavioural concerns, partnering with business teams to improve compliance. • Support employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding coordination, employee documentation, internal movements, and exit formalities. • Plan and support employee engagement initiatives, cultural celebrations, team-building activities, and recognition programs. • Conduct employee interactions and focus group discussions to understand workplace challenges and identify opportunities to improve employee experience. • Coordinate disciplinary processes, including warning letters, policy violations, process deviations, and Code of Conduct investigations. • Analyse attrition, retention trends, and workforce data to identify improvement areas and support HR decision-making. • Advise managers on HR policies, employee performance, workplace conduct, and people-management practices. • Coordinate with relevant HR teams to support compliance with company policies and applicable statutory requirements. • Prepare HR reports, maintain employee records, and provide updates on employee-related matters to business stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate/ Post Graduate

Good Communication

Should have Experience on the below

Attrition, Shrinkage, Retention, Employee Grievances Handling, EWS, Stake holder Management, Employee Engagement Activities, & Payroll coordination

Should have Experience on BHR Activities from a BPO background.

Minimum 1-3 yrs

Any regional Languages other than Tamil would be an added Advantage
