Walk-in || HR - Associate- Walk In Drive(UG Graduates Only)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.
• Support employee onboarding and HR documentation.
• Conduct site visits for employee coordination and HR-related activities.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and employees.
• Maintain HR trackers, attendance records, and site visit reports.

Eligibility:

• Graduate in any discipline; HR specialization ( Only UG candidates )
• Hindi communication skills are mandatory.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
• Willingness to travel for site visits.

Language: Hindi Speaking is preferred but not mandatory
