Walk-in || HR Associate (Only UG Graduates)

Job Responsibilities:(Only UG candidates can Apply)

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate status regularly.
• Support bulk hiring and timely closure of open positions.
• Coordinate offer rollouts and joining formalities.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
• Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Freshers with a strong interest in HR and recruitment can also apply.
