Role & responsibilities

• Manpower Planning & Recruitment: Time to schedule interviews, offer rollout speed.
• Coordinate with local employment agencies, technical institutes, and labor contractors.
• Onboarding: Joining experience, documentation completion rate .
• Mange workers attendance payroll data & Leave Record.
• Handle Salary Processing & wages.
• Oversee employee Colony /accommodation management.
• Handle worker issues, Query resolution time.
• Maintain HR Record & Compliance Labour Lows, policies(Factories Act, PF, ESI, Contract Labor Act, etc.).
• Employee Support: Query resolution time.
• Compliance: Proper record keeping, statutory documentation. Engagement: Participation in HR activities.
• Discipline & Grievance.

Preferred candidate profile

• Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Confident and clear verbal communication.
• Good listening skills and ability to understand.
• effective interaction with worker staff. Decision-making.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and systems.
• MS Office, Emails.
