Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping operations at multiple locations within the city, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  
• Manage a team of housekeepers, providing guidance on tasks, schedules, and quality control measures.
  
• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules, protocols, and procedures to maintain efficiency and productivity.
  
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., facilities management) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in facility management or related field.
  
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping management principles and practices.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to lead a team effectively.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
