Job Summary:
We are looking for a Housekeeping Executive to oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, manage outsourced housekeeping staff, and support infection control and quality initiatives in a hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily housekeeping activities and allocate staff duties.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards across hospital areas.
• Monitor attendance, grooming, and performance of housekeeping staff.
• Conduct regular inspections of patient areas, wards, ICUs, OPDs, and waste collection points.
• Maintain housekeeping consumables, linen, and uniform inventory.
• Handle complaints promptly and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct daily briefings and training for housekeeping staff.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and quality protocols.

Requirements:

• Graduate with 25 years of housekeeping experience in a hospital or hotel.
• Hospital housekeeping experience will be preferred.
• Good communication, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
