Position: Hotel Manager
Location: Resort & Banquet Hall
Experience: 5+ Years preferred

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to manage the overall operations of our Resort & Banquet Hall.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day hotel, resort, and banquet operations.
• Supervise and coordinate front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and banquet teams.
• Ensure excellent guest service and customer satisfaction.
• Manage banquet bookings, events, weddings, parties, and corporate functions.
• Handle staff scheduling, training, discipline, and performance.
• Monitor inventory, purchases, operating costs, and daily expenses.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and event organizers.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, hygiene, and hospitality standards.
• Resolve guest complaints and operational issues professionally.
• Achieve revenue and occupancy targets while maintaining service quality.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience as a Hotel Manager / Resort Manager / Banquet Manager.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
• Good knowledge of hotel and banquet operations.
• Ability to manage multiple events and operational activities simultaneously.
• Presentable, professional, and service-oriented personality.
