Walk-in || Hospital insurance coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with TPAs (Third Party Administrators) for medical insurance claims processing.
• Process life and general insurance claims from receipt to settlement.
• Ensure timely submission of claims documents to TPAs for further processing.
• Maintain accurate records of all claim-related correspondence and updates.
• Provide support in resolving any issues or discrepancies related to insurance claims.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in handling Life & General Insurance Claims or Medical Insurance Claims.
• Strong understanding of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
