Walk-in || Home Loan Officer

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate leads for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) through branch, open market, referrals, and other channels.
• Contact potential customers and understand their financial and loan requirements.
• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with customers for document collection and completion of the application process.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams for loan processing and approval.
• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
• Maintain regular follow-up with customers from lead generation to loan disbursement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, builders, DSAs, and channel partners.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per company policies.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Home Loan / LAP / Mortgage Sales preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and willing to work in the field.
• Freshers with good communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
