Position: Team Leader Holiday Sales

Role Overview:

The Team Leader will be responsible for managing and supporting the Holiday Sales team, driving sales performance, and ensuring effective lead management and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor the team's holiday sales leads and pipeline.
• Support the sales team in lead conversion and closure, especially for complex or high-value enquiries.
• Mentor and coach team members to improve sales performance.
• Handle customer and sales-related escalations.
• Monitor team targets, performance, and conversion rates.
• Prepare regular sales and lead management reports for management.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Operations, and other relevant teams.
• Liaise with relevant teams to conduct regular product, destination, and sales training for the team.
• Ensure the team maintains strong product and destination knowledge.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Holiday Package Sales.
• Travel & Tourism background is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international holiday destinations.
• Prior experience in managing or mentoring a sales team.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Target-oriented and commercially driven.
• Good understanding of CRM systems and sales reporting.
