About this role
Position: HMC Operator/Setter
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / GTTC
Experiance: 3 to 6 years
Salary: 3.5 lacs to 6 lacs per annum
Job Discription:
- Set up the machine, fixtures, tools, and work holding
- Load programs and enter tool/work offsets
- Operate the machine and monitor production
- Check first-off and in-process parts using measuring instruments
- Adjust settings to maintain quality and tolerance
- Maintain coolant, lubrication, and machine cleanliness
- Follow safety procedures and production targets
- Read technical drawings and understand specifications
- Record inspection results and production details
