Walk-in || Hirirng - HL/LAP - Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Generate Home Loan and LAP business through direct field sales.
• Source customers through builders, brokers, DSAs, connectors, and references.
• Conduct customer meetings and explain product features, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
• Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams for smooth loan disbursement.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and channel partners.
• Ensure achievement of assigned monthly business targets.
• Track competitor activities and market trends.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1-5 years of experience in Home Loan, LAP, Mortgage, Banking, or Financial Services sales.
• Strong knowledge of local market and customer acquisition.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be willing to travel extensively for field sales activities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
