Walk-in || Hiring TA Executive/Assistant Manager _WFO_ Lower Parel

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Coordinate and execute campus hiring drives across colleges and universities.
• Build and maintain relationships with placement cells and academic institutions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality of hires.
• Manage recruitment vendors/agencies and monitor their performance against SLAs.
• Negotiate and coordinate vendor engagement and
• Track recruitment metrics, hiring progress, and hiring dashboards.
• Maintain recruitment, vendor, and invoice records for audit and compliance purposes.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare recruitment reports, MIS, and stakeholder updates on a regular basis.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum to 3 plus years of experience in recruitment
