Walk-in || Hiring - Personal/ Business Loan - Operations Manager - Chennai

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operations for Personal Loan and Business Loan products.
• Ensure accurate verification of loan documents and compliance with KYC and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor loan application processing, underwriting coordination, sanction, and disbursement activities.
• Drive operational efficiency by maintaining defined TATs and service quality standards.
• Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Risk, Legal, and Collection teams for smooth loan processing.
• Identify process gaps and implement operational improvements to enhance productivity.
• Monitor MIS reports, branch productivity, disbursement metrics, and portfolio performance.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Handle customer escalations and provide timely resolution.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team to achieve business objectives.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Personal Loan and Business Loan operations.
• Understanding of loan documentation, credit processes, and disbursement procedures.
• Experience in banking/NBFC lending operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in MIS reporting and MS Office applications.
