Job Role & Responsibilty :-

• Coordinate patient care services and ensure a smooth patient experience throughout the hospital.
• Assist patients and their attendants with admission, discharge, consultations, investigations, and other hospital services.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, billing, diagnostics, and other departments for timely patient care.
• Address patient queries, complaints, and service-related issues promptly.
• Provide information regarding hospital procedures, services, and patient facilities.
• Follow up on patient requirements and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
• Coordinate appointments, investigations, and referrals as required.
• Maintain patient records, feedback forms, and service-related documentation.
• Ensure effective communication between patients, attendants, and hospital staff.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and collect feedback for service improvement.
• Assist in managing patient flow and reducing waiting time.
• Escalate serious complaints and unresolved issues to the concerned authority.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with hospital policies.
• Support the implementation of patient safety, quality, and service standards.
• Prepare daily reports on patient feedback, complaints, and service issues.
