OT Staff Nurse

Position: OT (Operation Theatre) Staff Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare the operation theatre and ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are sterile and ready.
• Assist surgeons and anesthetists during surgical procedures.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after surgery.
• Maintain infection control and aseptic techniques.
• Document patient care and surgical records accurately.
• Coordinate with the surgical team to ensure safe and efficient patient care.

Qualifications:

• GNM or B.Sc. Nursing.
• Valid Nursing Council registration.
• OT/Perioperative nursing experience preferred.
• Good communication, teamwork, and emergency response skills.
