Working Hours: 10:30 AM–7:30 PM

Job Role: Hiring Manager

We are looking for a confident and experienced Hiring Manager to join our recruitment team and manage end-to-end hiring activities.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes

* Source candidates through job portals, social media and other channels

* Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements

* Conduct initial candidate interviews

* Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups

* Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports

* Achieve hiring targets and support team recruitment activities

Requirements

* Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience

* Strong sourcing and communication skills

* Good knowledge of end-to-end recruitment

* Confident candidate-handling and interviewing skills

* Target-oriented and proactive approach

Interview Timing 3 PM–6 PM
