We are looking for Customer Support Executives to join our International Voice Process team. The role involves handling customer interactions for international clients, understanding their concerns, providing appropriate resolutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Work Location: Sutherland, 5th Floor, Liberty Tower, Near Reliable Plaza, Airoli East, Navi Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
• Understand customer requirements and resolve queries effectively.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in English.
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.
• Maintain a positive, professional and empathetic approach.
• Follow process guidelines, quality standards and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
• Good listening and comprehension skills.
• Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customers professionally and patiently.
• Good problem-solving ability.
• Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to process requirements.
• BPO, customer service or international voice experience will be an added advantage.
