Job DescriptionWe are hiring International Semi-Voice Process Executives to handle customer queries and provide timely support to international clients through a combination of chat, email, and limited voice interactions.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through chat, email, and voice support.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues professionally.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards.
• Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Meet defined productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams when escalation is required.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable interacting with international customers.
• Basic computer and MS Office skills.
• Good typing speed and multitasking ability.
• Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.
