Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and internal databases.
• Call candidates to explain job openings and understand their interests.
• Screen candidates based on job requirements, communication skills, experience, and eligibility.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate interview appointments.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview attendance, feedback, and selection status.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
• Explain job details such as salary, location, shift timings, transport facilities, and eligibility criteria.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team to fulfil hiring requirements within deadlines.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Skills Required

• Good verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
• Confidence in speaking with candidates over the phone.
• Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple candidates.
• Willingness to learn recruitment processes.
