Position: HR Recruiter

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Negotiate salary and explain job offers.
• Manage onboarding documentation and joining formalities.

Counselling

• Understand the candidate's education, experience, skills, career goals, and interests.
• Recommend suitable career paths, courses, and job opportunities.
• Explain IT and Non-IT career options clearly.

• Understand candidates' career-gap concerns and documentation issues.
• Explain eligibility requirements honestly and clearly.
• Guide candidates regarding resume gaps, experience, PF history, and employment documentation where relevant.
