We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Operations Executive. This role is designed for candidates who like to build a strong foundation in HR operations while contributing to smooth employee services and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Employee Lifecycle Support
• Assist in onboarding activities (documentation, induction coordination).
• Assist in exit formalities and maintain employee records.
• Assist in initiating BGV initiation & report closure
• HR Administration
• Update HRIS systems with accurate employee information.
• Help manage attendance, leave records, and basic payroll inputs.
• Compliance & Policy Support
• Accurate maintenance of HR records for compliance audit (Both Internal & External).
• Employee Services
• Responding to queries from colleagues within the prescribed timelines.
• Support benefits administration(insurance, reimbursements, leave) if any
• Statutory Compliance
• Assist in sending the PF, ESIC inputs to the vendor for UAN, ESIC IP generation on weekly basis
• Follow-up with colleagues in completing the KYCs, e-nomination update in PF, ESIC records.
• Letter Generation
• Ensure timely preparation and issuance of appointment letters, probation confirmation letters, and relieving letters.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
