Role & responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist them inside the showroom
• Understand customer requirements and show suitable jewellery designs
• Support senior sales staff in product presentation and billing process
• Maintain cleanliness and display of jewellery counters
• Handle basic customer queries politely and professionally
• Learn about different types of jewellery (gold, diamond, silver, etc.)
• Follow showroom guidelines on customer service and safety
• Assist in calling customers for promotions, offers, and events
• Do follow-up calls for customer visits, pending purchases, and leads
• Assist in in-store promotional events and campaigns

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass
• Good communication skills (Kannada required, basic English preferred)
• Presentable and customer-friendly personality
• Willingness to learn and work in retail environment
