Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Associate Recruiters US Staffing. This role is an excellent opportunity for graduates who want to build a career in recruitment and talent acquisition.

The selected candidates will receive training on US recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, US staffing terminology, and recruitment tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client job requirements and job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other channels.
• Search for suitable candidates using basic Boolean and keyword searches.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.

Eligibility:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good spoken and written English communication.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Willingness to learn US Staffing and Recruitment.
• Comfortable working in a US/night shift.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
