Position: International Voice Process - AR Calling
Experience: Fresher
Eligibility: Any Graduate (including candidates with backlogs) / Diploma holders with excellent communication skills
Location: Tidel Park, Chennai (Work from Office)
Shift: Complete Night Shift (US Timings)

Walk in Interview (Monday-Friday)

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze patient accounts and determine the appropriate course of action.
• Complete necessary actions and recommend follow-up activities.
• Contact US insurance companies on behalf of doctors/physicians to follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable.
• Prioritize pending claims from the aging basket for follow-up.
• Verify and clarify insurance information provided by patients when required.
• Escalate challenging collection scenarios to management in a timely manner.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Positive attitude and high energy levels.
• Strong team collaboration skills.
• Flexibility to work in night shifts.
