Job Description: International Voice Process (Night Shift)

Job Summary

We are hiring candidates for an International Voice Process role. The position involves handling outbound/inbound calls with international clients, providing accurate information, and ensuring high-quality customer interaction. Walk-in interviews are welcome for eligible candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle international voice calls professionally and confidently
• Communicate clearly with overseas clients/customers
• Follow process guidelines and maintain quality standards
• Document call details accurately in the system
• Meet daily productivity and performance targets

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Willingness to work in night shift only
• Good listening and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work from office

Eligibility Criteria

• UG Graduates (any discipline) OR
• 3-year Diploma candidates
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
