• Handle customer interactions through Voice process.
• Resolve customer queries and concerns efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
• Provide accurate information and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience by demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Adhere to process guidelines, quality standards, and productivity targets.
