Role & responsibilities

Process US Pension / Retirement - Create high degree of customer experience.
• Excellent attention to detail is necessary ensuring all customer documentation are correctly logged
• Adherence to and achievement of Service Levels and quality standards for the team
• Take ownership for keeping up to date with internal Procedural changes and policy updates, ability to adapt to change well.
• Participate constructively in case reviews, meetings and training sessions
