Walk-in || Hiring For Recruiter For Aditya Birla money (6 months contract)

Job Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
• Search and screen candidate profiles as per business requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening and telephonic interviews.
• Communicate job opportunities to prospective candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Support the Talent Acquisition team in achieving hiring targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Any Graduate / MBA HR Preferred.
• Fresher to 6 months of recruitment experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with candidates over calls.
• knowledge of MS Excel
• Immediate joiners preferred.
