Job Description-

Q Way Technologies is looking for experienced Payment Posting Executives with 1-4 years of hands-on experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in,ERA/EOB processing, manual and auto payment posting, reconciliation, and denial management.

Key Responsibilities-

• Perform payment posting using ERA (Electronic Remittance Advice) and EOB (Explanation of Benefits).
• Handle both manual and auto payment posting accurately and efficiently.
• Reconcile payments, adjustments, denials, and write-offs.
• Analyze and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Manage end-to-end denial management activities, including identification, research, and resolution of denied claims.
• Ensure compliance with client guidelines and quality standards.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy targets while meeting turnaround times.
• Coordinate with internal teams for claim and payment-related issues.

Required Skills-

• 1-4 years of experience in Payment Posting within US Healthcare RCM.
• Strong knowledge of ERA/EOB posting processes.
• Experience in manual and auto posting.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end denial management.
• Understanding of insurance payments, adjustments, contractual write-offs, and patient responsibility.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
• Experience with leading RCM software and billing platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
