Walk-in || Hiring For Online Business Analyst

Job Summary:
As an online business analyst, the person will be responsible for multiple business categories to do content moderation.
The candidate will be working on online business listings for various clients.

Job Duties:

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely information through chat & email.
• Understand and address customer concerns, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions and provide appropriate solutions.
• Document all customer interactions and follow up on any unresolved issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex or technical issues for resolution.
• Keep up to date with company policies, procedures, and product updates to provide accurate information to customers.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction ratings, etc.

Qualifications:

• Postgraduate/graduate in any field.
• Ready to work in Night shifts only.
• Fresher / Experience (0 -3 Years).
• Good analytical and investigative skills to verify a given set of information.
• Must have good written communication skills.
