Salary Package
• Freshers: 15,000/month
• Experienced: Up to 20,000/month

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end Non-IT recruitment activities
  • Source candidates through job portals, databases and social media
  • Screen and shortlist candidates
  • Conduct initial HR screening
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  • Candidate follow-ups and interview coordination
  • Achieve daily/weekly recruitment targets
