• Connect with international customers
• Understand and resolve customer queries
• Handle complaints and returns
• Provide appropriate solutions
• Deliver a smooth customer experience
• Follow quality and compliance guidelines

WHO CAN APPLY?

• Freshers are welcome
• 6+ months of Voice Process experience preferred for experienced candidates
• Undergraduates can apply
• Strong verbal communication skills
• 35 WPM typing speed with 90% accuracy
• Comfortable with night/rotational shifts
• Willing to work from office
• Residing within 25 KM of the job location

• Work Location: Manikonda, Hyderabad
