Customer Support Associate International Voice (Banking Process)

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our International Banking Voice Process team. The role involves assisting customers with banking-related inquiries, account information, transaction details, and service requests while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls from international banking & any voice customer support experience.

Assist customers with account-related queries, transactions, customer queries and banking services.

Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

Verify customer information and follow security/compliance guidelines.

Accurately document customer interactions in the system.

Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Graduate or undergraduate candidates can apply (as per company policy).

Prior experience in international voice/customer service is preferred.

Basic knowledge of banking processes and financial services is an advantage.

Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.

Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Strong customer service orientation.

Active listening and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
